GOPHER VOLLEYBALL DEFEATS ALUMNAE

RThe 11th-ranked Minnesota volleyball team defeated the Gopher alumnae, 15-2, 15-11, 15-11, in an exhibition match Saturday night at the Sports Pavilion. Minnesota will open the 2000 season Friday in Reno, Nev., against Kent State at 7 p.m.
