GAME FOUR BETWEEN MINNESOTA AND PURDUE CANCELLED DUE TO COLD

plaSunday's game between the Golden Gophers and the Boilermakers was cancelled Sunday afternoon due to cold weather. Minnesota and Purdue split two games yesterday in frigid temperatures, but did not play Sunday, as flurries began to fall and wind chills fell bellow zero. Minnesota travels to Indianapolis Tuesday and Wednesday to play Butler and Ball State for a pair of midweek games, before heading to Bloomington, Ind. to play four games against Indiana University.

The next scheduled home game for the Golden Gophers is April 6. Minnesota will host Michigan State University at Siebert Field that weekend for the conference home opener.
