Harrigan at Top of the Competition at Pomona-Pitzer Invite

plTahesia Harrigan ran her best outdoor performances to date at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in Claremont, Calif. on Friday, April 19.
Harrigan placed third out of 89-athlete pool in the 100-meter dash with a personal-best time of 11.76 seconds, the second-fastest time in school history. The sophomore also placed fourth in the 200-meter dash, running a time of 23.79 seconds, the second-fastest time in school history.
Senior Shannaine Osbourne finished seventh in the 100-meter dash with a season-best time of 12.01 seconds, while junior Shani Marks placed 17th in the 200-meter dash with a career-best time of 24.88 seconds.
The Gophers continue action all weekend in Southern California, as they will compete at the Long Beach Invitational on Saturday, April 20 and the Mt. SAC Relays on Saturday and Sunday, April 20-21.
