Minnesota Athletics Announces Arizona Golf Outing

The University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics Department will host a golf outing and dinner in Arizona, featuring Athletic Director Joel Maturi and Head Men's Golf Coach Brad James.
The golf outing and dinner will be held on Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, at The Peaks Golf Course at Tonto Verde in Rio Verde, Ariz..
The event features a golf clinic at noon with Head Men's Golf Coach Brad James, who coached the men's golf team to the 2002 NCAA Championship. The shotgun start will begin at 12:30 p.m., with dinner and program to follow at 5 p.m.
Joel Maturi will be the featured speaker at the program in the evening, highlighting the successful "Save Gopher Sports" campaign.
Foursomes and individuals are welcome at the golf event. Tickets are available for the dinner and program also.
