Golden Gopher Fan Fest Scheduled For Sunday, August 10th

DoThe University of Minnesota football team will be holding the Golden Gopher Fan Fest, highlighted by open practice from 3 - 5 p.m., this Sunday, Aug. 10 at the Gibson-Nagurski Football Complex.

Doors open at 2:30 p.m., with Papa John's and Coca-Cola providing free pizza and soda while supplies last. Fans may also pick up Gopher posters, schedule cards and yard signs to gear up for the 2003 season and show their support of the Gopher football team. There will also be a scavenger hunt for kids with prizes and candy. Gopher players will also be available for autographs following practice.
