MBB: Wooldridge To Transfer From Men's Basketball Team

WoolKerry Wooldridge will transfer from the University of Minnesota and leave the men's basketball team. Wooldridge, a redshirt freshman forward from San Leandro, Calif., played in seven games last season and averaged 0.4 points and 1.1 rebounds in 4.6 minutes of action per game.

“I’ve enjoyed my time at the University of Minnesota, but I feel it’s in my best interest to transfer,” said Wooldridge. “I’d like to thank the players and coaches for continuing to develop my game these past two seasons.”

"We understand Kerry’s desire to leave the program and we wish him the best of luck as he continues his basketball career,” head coach Dan Monson said.
