Gopher Women's Basketball Team Holds Annual Media Day

The Golden Gopher women's basketball team held its annual media day at Williams Arena. Head coach Pam Borton and captain Kelly Roysland talked about the 2006-07 season at the press conference, while selected players addressed the media prior to practice.

The Golden Gopher women's basketball team will open its season on Nov. 1 in an exhibition against Winona State at Williams Arena. After hosting its final exhibition against Minnesota-Crookston on Nov. 5, the Golden Gophers will open the regular season against Northern Iowa on Nov. 10 at Williams Arena.
