1) Will I get 5th year aid even if my eligibility is done?
2) What is your policy on scholarship reduction when I get hurt?
3) What is your policy if I don't produce on the track or in the field? Is there undo pressure?
4) Are you a separate women's Track and Field / Cross Country program?
5) Who will be MY coach?
6) Do you fly or drive to all meets?
7) Do you have a "National Schedule"?
8) What is the financial commitment to the Women's program?
9) How good is the academic counseling department?
10) What is the philosophy of your program?
11) Do you have a training diary and handbook I can look at to give me an idea about your training?

Questions to Ask on a Campus Visit

1) Do coaches attend workouts or just post them and leave?
2) What is this man/woman really like?
3) Is it fun to compete here?
4) Is there a proper balance between academics and athletics?
5) Is he or she willing to spend time with me if I have a personal problem?
6) Is the coach a dictator or a facilitator?
7) What is the injury rate of athletes on the team?
8) How many athletes last all 4 years in the program?
