Homecoming:
The Homecoming Committee will be holding their annual pep fest on the Metrodome Plaza this year beginning at 4:30 pm following the Homecoming Parade on campus beginning at 2 pm.
The Pep Fest will feature the U of M Marching Band, the Spirit Squads, Goldy and the finale of a pep talk by Coach Brewster and the football team.
The timing coordinates with the original Gopher Victory Walk!
Don’t miss Coach Brewster’s Pre-Game Pep Talk and your chance to meet and greet the team!
Gold Zone Video/Audio:
The Gold Zone, the site for premium content at Gophersports.com, will provide full coverage of the Minnesota/Illinois football game. On Tuesday during game week, Tim Brewster's press conference will be carried live at 1 p.m. Gopher players will also preview the game. On Thursday, live audio of the Tim Brewster Show will be available at 7 p.m. On game day, the Gold Zone will feature live audio of the matchup, as well as video highlights, Tim Brewster's press conference and player reaction following the contest. The following day, a video replay of the game will be available.

GOPHER VICTORY WALK
Be a part of the new tradition of Gopher Football! The entire Gopher team and the marching band will walk through the fans on the Plaza and into the Metrodome two hours prior to kick-off for all games!

Gates Open one hour and 30 minutes prior to kick-off.
Increased Security at Metrodome
In order to further enhance fan safety and comfort, everyone entering the Metrodome for all University of Minnesota home football games will be subject to pat down searches.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early at stadium gates to help facilitate this additional security measure. All fans entering the Metrodome will be subject to and should expect to be patted down by security personnel before going through stadium gates.
Leave these items behind
Prohibited items include but are not limited to tobacco products, intoxicants, outside food, noisemakers, video and flash cameras, banners, flags, large bags and packpacks.
Don’t get caught in long lines at Gate C. Use upper level gates A, E or G to get in to the Metrodome faster.

Available Parking Lots/Ramps for Gopher Games
1. Corner of Washington Ave. and Park Ave. Lots are available on both the NE and NW corners.
2. Corner of 4th St. and Chicago
3. Lot behind the Valspar Building off of the west side of 11th Ave.
4. Corner of Park and 3rd St.
5. Corner of Washington and 5th Ave.
6. Seven Corners Ramp next to Holiday Inn
7. 10th Ave. and Washington Ave.
**Prices will vary depending on location.
**There is not an official University of Minnesota Tailgating Lot this year and the University will not be responsible for any occurrences in these lots as they are individually owned and operated. The University will not be providing portable restrooms or lot clean up. These are responsibilities that would be handled by each lot.
