Coach Smith Autograph Policy - Charity Events

Guidelines for Requesting Autographs of Coach Smith - For Charity Events
Requirements:
Fee: No fee is requested for items that are for charity events.
Packing: The item to be autographed must be mailed to the Minnesota Basketball Office with pre-paid return postage, a completed shipping label and a package to return the autographed item in. The Minnesota Basketball office can provide a photo of Coach Smith to be autographed; however the fees/materials listed above are still required.
NCAA Compliance: Due to NCAA rules, we are not permitted to contribute any items to secondary schools (9th12th grade) that would benefit recruitable age students. To request a donation for a fundraiser, please complete the Donation Request Form. Upon receiving the request, the Minnesota Basketball office will notify you with further instructions. If approved, you must purchase and provide the item(s) to be used at your event.
Acceptable Items: Following approval from the University of Minnesota NCAA Compliance office, a basketball or any University of Minnesota memorabilia will be accepted. These items may be purchased at a sporting goods store or at www.goldyslockerroom.com.
