Coach Smith Autograph Policy - Personal Use

Guidelines for Requesting Autographs of Coach Smith - For Personal Use
Requirements:
Fee: Due to the high demand of requests for personal and non-charity fundraiser autograph items, a $25.00 gift donation to the “Tubby Smith Foundation” is requested. Only a cashier’s check or personal check made payable to “Tubby Smith Foundation” will be accepted. No cash donations accepted.
Packing: The item to be autographed must be mailed to the Minnesota Basketball Office with pre-paid return postage, a completed shipping label and a package to return the autographed item in. The Minnesota Basketball office can provide a photo of Coach Smith to be autographed; however the fees/materials listed above are still required.
Acceptable Items: A basketball or any University of Minnesota memorabilia will be accepted. These items may be purchased at a sporting goods store or at www.goldyslockerroom.com.
Time of Year: Due to the scheduling demands of the basketball season, autograph requests will not be fulfilled during the basketball season (October-April).
