Big Ten Network Hits Twin Cities

The Big Ten Network will be out in full force in anticipation of this week’s key Big Ten matchup between Minnesota and Northwestern with both the Ro*Tel Big Ten Football Saturday Game Day Set and Big Ten Friday Night Tailgate presented by Nissan in Minneapolis this weekend.
Airing on the Big Ten Network at 10 p.m. (CT), Friday Night Tailgate gets a taste of the Homecoming Week atmosphere at Minnesota as the Golden Gophers and their fans get ready for Saturday’s game battle with the Wildcats.
Mike Hall, Charissa Thopmson and on-location correspondents Jordan Klepper and Steve Waltien take a comical look at a different Big Ten campus each week on Friday Night Tailgate, sampling the local flavor leading up to game day.
Minnesota football players Adam Weber and Eric Decker will participate in the popular segment, “The Teammate Game”, with 2008 Olympian Shani Marks taking the hot seat for the alumni spotlight segment.
Additional segments of the show will take place inside Mariucci Arena on Friday night during the Minnesota-Minnesota State hockey game.
