Golden Gopher Women's Basketball 2008-09 Schedule Announced

The Minnesota women’s basketball team will have 11 of their Big Ten Conference games televised this season as the Golden Gophers released their 2008-09 schedule in its entirely today. The Gophers’ television schedule is highlighted by a nationally televised CBS game on Saturday, Jan. 3 at Illinois.
The Gophers also have 10 games scheduled to be broadcast on the Big Ten Network, now available to cable customers in the Twin Cities. Only three of those BTN games are at home, meaning Minnesota fans will be able to see all but one of the Gophers’ Big Ten road games on television this season.
Additional game times for the non-conference and non-televised games will be released as they become available.
