12:39 First Half

Minnesota has been playing solid defense against the Nittany Lions, forcing three early turnovers and holding Penn State to 25 percent shooting. Lawrence Westbrook connected on a tradiotional three-point play a moment ago, and has all of Minnesota's points in the game, as the Gophers lead, 9-8.
