Minnesota Adds Alabama A&M to 2010-11 Schedule

The University of Minnesota women's basketball team has added a game to its schedule, traveling to Huntsville, Ala., on Dec. 14 to play the Bulldogs of Alabama A&M.
Minnesota had previously been scheduled to play at Florida A&M on Dec. 16, but that game was canceled due to a scheduling conflict. Minnesota will play a 29-game schedule for 2010-11, with 17 of those games taking place at Williams Arena.
The game time for the contest at Alabama A&M is set for 7:30 p.m. (CT). Alabama A&M finished 16-13 overall and 11-7 in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) last season, and has been picked to finish third in the SWAC this season. The school is located about 10 minutes from senior point guard China Antoine's home in Madison, Ala.
