NO TRANSACTION OR PURCHASE NECESSARY: Learfield Sports "Ahern's Irish Pub VIP Football Package Sweepstakes" is open to any Minnesota or South Dakota resident, 18 years or older, except employees of Ahern's Irish Pub, University of Minnesota, their affiliates and subsidiaries, immediate families, as well as employees of their advertising and promotion agencies, sales representatives, printers and their families as defined by Section 267 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, visit www.ahernsirishpub.com or www.gophersports.com from Sept. 27th and through November 13th and click on the Pub Club Sign up or web banner Sign up to complete the required information. Entrants will be asked to provide name, address (no PO Boxes), phone number, and a valid e-mail address. Entrants must complete all required information to be eligible. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address. Automated methods of entry are not permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any computer, hardware, software, online, telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Only completed entry forms qualify to win the prize. Ahern's Irish Pub will randomly select the winner after the promotional period. The Winner will receive the following grand prize. The Winners will be notified by phone the day of the drawing. The Winners will be mailed their tickets or the tickets can be left at will call prior to game day.
GRAND PRIZE: Iowa VIP Package
- Four (4) tickets to the Gopher vs. Iowa football game at TCF Bank Stadium on Nov. 27th
- Behind the scenes tour of TCF Bank Stadium (may need to do that on a separate day).
- Dinner for 4 at Ahern's (restrictions apply).
- Limo ride to and from the game.
PRIZE VALUE: $1200 (Tickets, dinner and limo)
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to any individual who is, as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period, (a) a legal resident of Minnesota or South Dakota; (b) at least 18 years old. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Ahern's Irish Pub, University of Minnesota, their parent companies, subsidiaries and their respective representatives, affiliates, agents, partners and prize suppliers (such entities, collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (parent, step-parent, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling or spouse), or persons living in the same household as any person in the categories in the preceding clause (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize as defined by Section 267 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes on prize received.
ENTRIES AND WINNERS: Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Ahern's Irish Pub reserves the right at any time to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The decision of the sweepstakes judges in all matters relating to this promotion is final. The Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, license and fees. For the Winners' name, you may send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "Minnesota Gopher football Ticket Sweepstakes", Learfield Sports, 4 Oak Street, Suite 159 , Minneapolis, MN 55455.
LIABILITY: Ahern's Irish Pub, University of Minnesota, their affiliates and subsidiaries and their promotion agencies shall not be responsible for any damages, compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, with respect to or in any way arising from this game or the prizes awarded. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. By participating, all entrants agree by and are bound by these Official Rules and to accept decisions by Ahern's Irish Pub as final. No sponsorship, endorsement, approval or responsibility for the promotion by supporting prize sponsors is intended.
