Minnesota plays host to Green Bay in the championship game of the Best Buy Classic this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. in Williams Arena. For those not able to make it to the game in person, it will be streamed live on BigTenNetwork.com.

The Golden Gophers advanced to the title game by posting a 79-58 defeat of Northern Illinois in their season opener. Junior guard Kiara Buford scored a game-high 22 points, while sophomore guard Leah Cotton registered career-highs of 18 points and six assists and forward Katie Loberg added a career-high 15 points and six rebounds in the win. Junior forward Jackie Voigt pulled down a career-best 14 rebounds, and senior points guard China Antoine tied her career-high by dishing out seven assists.

Green Bay earned a spot in the championship with a 75-51 win against George Washington. The Phoenix were led by sophomore guard Adrian Ritchie, who tallied a game-best 24 points, while four other players reached double-figures. Today's game will mark the 100th career contest at Green Bay for head coach Matt Bollant, who owns a mark of 84-15 in his fifth season at the school. Last season, Green Bay finished 28-5 overall and 15-3 in the Horizon League, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before losing by five points to Iowa State in Ames.

The Best Buy Classic consolation game will pit Northern Illinois and George Washington, and is set for a 1:00 p.m. start.
