Gibbemeyer to do Live Chat on Nov. 17

Senior Lauren Gibbemeyer will do a live chat on gophersports.com from 1 to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 17.
The live chat will be opened at approximately 12:30 p.m. on gophersports.com and fans are encouraged to send any questions they have for Gibbemeyer. If you can't be on the live chat at that time click on this link to send questions and they will be put into the blog during the 30-minute session.
Gibbemeyer enters the week third in the Big Ten in hitting percentage and first in blocks. On Nov. 5, she broke the school's career record in blocks in a match against Indiana. Gibbemeyer was named a finalist for the Lowe's Senior Leaderhip Award and was an Academic All-District award recipient last week. She is also a two-time First-Team All-Big Ten recipient and was a First-Team All-American last year.
Gophersports.com has done live chats every other Wednesday this fall. Previous chats have included 30-minute sessions with Gopher Hockey standouts Jay Barriball and Jacob Cepis, and men's basketball sharpshooter Blake Hoffarber.
