Fan Advisory for Gophers, Hawkeyes Game

With the 2010 season finale vs. Iowa fast approaching, and the strong chance of cold and inclement weather in the forecast leading up to the game, Gopher Athletics is asking fans to keep the following issues in mind as they come to campus for the game.
Snow
Every effort will be made to remove snow from both the TCF Bank Stadium seating areas as well as the on-campus parking lots. However, some residual snow may remain, both under seats inside the stadium and around the parking lots. Though paved surfaces will be treated, fans are encouraged to be mindful of their footing in and around the facility.
Seat Cushions
Though personal chairbacks are not permitted in TCF Bank Stadium, seat cushions and blankets are allowed inside the venue.
Beverages and Food
Gopher Athletics prohibits bringing beverages, beverage containers, including thermoses, and food into TCF Bank Stadium. Fans are also prohibited from bringing large bags and/or coolers of any kind into the facility, including small, soft pack coolers.
Umbrellas
Fans are prohibited from bringing umbrellas into TCF Bank Stadium.
Tailgate/Parking Lots
Normal tailgating regulations will be enforced in all lots. Open fires fueled by charcoal, wood, or other combustible materials are not permitted.
Student Tickets
All Gopher football student tickets must be accompanied by a valid U of M Student ID card for admission to games at TCF Bank Stadium.
