Iowa State Notes
• This is the Iowa State’s fifth consecutive and sixth overall trip to the NCAA tournament. The Cyclones’ first NCAA tournament appearance came in 1995.
• Iowa State’s all-time record in the NCAA tournament is 9-6.
• Iowa State leads 5-3 in the series against Creighton.
• The Cyclones had three set points before losing the first set.
• The Cyclones hit .447 with no hitting errors in the second set after having seven errors in the first set.
• Iowa State was 0-2 in five-set matches this year. The Cyclones’ lost at No. 13 Texas in five sets on Sept. 29.
• The Cyclones led the Blue Jays in kills, assists, service aces, and digs.
• Iowa State hit .245 for the match, 15 points below its season average entering the game.
• Iowa State’s senior class finished with a career record of 87-41 and four NCAA tournament appearances.
• This was the Cyclones’ first ever First Round loss.

• Victoria Henson and Ashley Mass both played in the Cyclones’ last 11 NCAA tournament matches, with 42 sets apiece.
• Mass is now tied for the most all-time matches played for Iowa State (129).
• Mass had a season-high 35 digs to lead all players in the match.
• Henson posted her fourth consecutive double-double with 26 kills and 21 digs. She had 14 double-doubles this season and 31overall.
• Henson reached 20 kills 16 times in her career. She reached double digits in kills 103 times, including the last nine matches. She reached double digits in digs in 32 matches, including the last three.
• Carly Jenson posted her 19th double-double with 17 kills and a career-best 21 digs.
• Jamie Straube recorded double-digit kills (12) for the 20th time in her career.
• Allison Landwehr set career highs in assists (62) and service aces (4).
