OVERVIEW: Ranked as the No. 18 running back in the nation by national recruiting expert Tom Lemming • rated as the No. 56 running back in the nation by Rivals.com • listed as the No. 91 player in Florida by Rivals • rated as the No. 48 running back in the nation by ESPN and Scouts Inc. • ranked as the No. 136 running back in the country by Scout.com • earned a three-star ranking from both Rivals and a two-star grade from Scout • thick and compact with a powerful, low base • good between-the-tackles back with the ability to run downhill • decisive back who cuts back sharply and will make the first defender miss through the hole • powers through initial contact.
HIGH SCHOOL: Currently attends Atlantic High School • helped lead his team to a 5-5 record in 2009 • earned second-team all-conference honors last season • was a first-team all-conference selectin in 2008 as a junior • rushed for 491 yards and seven touchdowns in 2009 • toted the pigskin for 1,013 yards and 14 scores as a junior in 2008 • coached by Christopher Bean.
