Laskowske Runs Top-20 Time in Mt. SAC 10K

Golden Gopher junior Amy Laskowske placed third in the Mt. SAC Relay’s Invitational 10,000-meter run late on Thursday evening in Walnut, Calif. Laskowske clocked a time of 33 minutes, 59.70 seconds which currently ranks among the top 20 in the nation in the event so far this season.
Senior Mallory Van Ness placed 10th in the race with a personal-best time of 34:57.93, good for the sixth-best time in Gopher history. Senior Meghan Mason also ran her way on to the Minnesota all-time top-10 list to ninth with her time of 35:25.58 in the Olympic Development Open section of the race.
Two Gophers competed in the University Open 10,000 meters. Kelly Wilson placed 12th in a time of 36:27.44, while Katie Dyson was 20th in 36:48.11.
