Maroon Defeats Gold at Volleyball 101

The Maroon team defeated the Gold team in three sets by scores of 25-17, 12-25, 25-22 as part of the Volleyball 101 festivities on Tuesday, Aug. 24.
It was the final scrimmage in preparation for the 2010 volleyball season. Minnesota will open up the 2010 season on Friday, Aug. 27 against Denver at 7 p.m. The Golden Gophers will also face Stony Brook at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28 and finish the Gopher Invite against Marquette on Aug. 28 at 7 p.m.
