Tim Brewster Radio Show Kicks Off Monday

The University of Minnesota football team opens its season in just more than one week. With the season right around the corner, the Golden Gophers' head coach will hit the radio airwaves weekly, beginning Monday.

The Tim Brewster Radio Show will air weekly on WCCO Radio and the Gopher Radio Network. The show will take place Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Fans can take part in the show by attending the live broadcast from Joe Senser's in Roseville.

Mike Grimm and Mike Max will co-host the hour-long show, in which Brewster will recap the previous week's game and preview the upcoming opponent. Brewster will be joined each week by an assistant coach and a student-athlete, as well as fielding calls from fans.

Gopher Sports Properties, a division of Learfield Sports, will produce the show. Gopher Sports Properties is in its fifth season as the radio rights holder for Minnesota Athletics.
