Kelci Bryant Wins 1-Meter Title at NCAA Zone Diving

Kelci Bryant captured the title on the 1-meter springboard at the NCAA Zone D Diving Meet on Saturday. Bryant scored 643.65 points to win the crown, adding to her second-place performance on the 3-meter board.

Bryant, the defending NCAA champion in 3-meter diving, will compete in both the 1-meter and 3-meter events at next weekend’s NCAA Women’s Swimming & Diving Championships in Austin, Texas.

Gopher freshman Maggie Keefer continues to have an impressive meet. Keefer finished eighth with a score of 551.85.

Sarah McCrady (225.95) and Katie Grunawalt (220.95) also compete in the prelims.
