Bryant Posts Personal Best Championships Finish

Golden Gopher diver Kelci Bryant recorded her best ever finish at a FINA World Championships on Saturday in Shanghai, China. She finished seventh in the 3-meter with a score of 322.95.
She moved up to seventh with a score of 72 in the last round. Bryant's previous high finishes include a tenth-place showing at the World Championships in Melbourne, Australia, in 2007, and ninth-place finishes in 2006 and 2010 FINA World Cup meets in China.
Earlier in the Championships, Bryant placed ninth off of the 1-meter board with 274.25 points. She will be competing in China again this summer, at the World University Games in Shenzhen, which will take place August 11-23.
