Da'Jon McKnight Named to Biletnikoff Watch List

Minnesota senior Da'Jon McKnight is one of 75 players named to the 2011 Biletnikoff Award Watch List, announced today. The Dallas, Texas, native has played in 34 career games for Minnesota. As a junior last season, McKnight was a starter in all 12 games and led the Golden Gophers in receiving with 46 catches for 705 yards, and also led the team in touchdowns with 10. He's a three-time letterwinner with 68 career receptions for 1,099 yards.
The Biletnikoff Award, named for College and Professional Hall of Famer Fred Biletnikoff, is presented annually to the nation's outstanding college football receiver. Over 100 Prominent journalists, commentators, announcers, and former players select the winner through a process audited by a CPA firm.
