Minnesota Announces Home-And-Home Series Against TCU

The University of Minnesota football program has agreed to an upcoming home-and-home series against TCU. The Gophers will visit TCU in Fort Worth, Texas, on Sept. 13, 2014, before hosting the Horned Frogs on Sept. 3, 2015. 

The 2014 game fills an empty date on Minnesota’s schedule, while the 2015 contest replaces a previously scheduled home game that the Gophers had against South Dakota State.

The Gophers have faced TCU only once in program history, posting a 9-7 win at Memorial Stadium in Minneapolis on Sept. 28, 1974.
