Terry Named to Canada Four Nations Roster

MINNEAPOLIS - Gopher women's hockey alumna Kelly Terry is one of 23 players that have been selected to be a part of Canada's National Women's Team for the 2014 4 Nations Cup, Hockey Canada announced today.
Canada's roster for the 2014 Four Nations Cup includes three goaltenders, seven defensemen and 13 forwards, who were selected following Canada's National Women's Team September Camp/Fall Festival from Sept. 22-28 in Calgary.
Terry is one of 10 players who will make their debut with Canada's National Women's Team at the 2014 Four Nations Cup. The Whitby, Ontario, native wrapped up her career for the Maroon and Gold last season, ending her career with 155 points on 57 goals and 98 assists.
The Gophers also are represented on the U.S. roster for the 2014 Four Nations Cup as the U.S. Women's National Team includes Hannah Brandt, Dani Cameranesi and Lee Stecklein along with alumni Megan Bozek and Gigi Marvin.
The annual Four Nations Cup is scheduled for Nov. 4-8 at Interior Savings Centre in Kamloops, British Columbia. The tournament has been held in varying forms since 1996 (previously the Three Nations Cup) and features Sweden and Finland along with Canada and the U.S.
