Hello Gophers,
Saturday afternoon, Gopher Football comes home to TCF Bank Stadium for its last non-conference match-up this season, versus San Jose State University. With summer road construction still in progress, I want to provide some details and tips so you can have the smoothest trip to and from campus on Saturday and arrive in plenty of time for our 3:00 p.m. kickoff.
Traveling to TCF Bank Stadium
Those traveling to campus from the South, please note: I-35W Northbound between 66th Street in Richfield and Hwy 94 in Minneapolis will be closed from Friday night through Monday morning. This closure means that many of the usual routes to TCF Bank Stadium may be difficult to access. I encourage you to plan ahead, find alternate routes, and check here for detours.
Arrive early. With kickoff at 3:00 p.m., use your morning to plan out routes as well as prepare food for your tailgate. All lots will be open at 9 a.m.; stadium gates will be open 90 minutes prior to kickoff, as usual.

Ag and Food Day 2014
Saturday also marks the 2nd annual Celebrate Ag and Food Day. Prepare to be quizzed on agriculture and food - and rewarded with prizes throughout the game. Agriculture and food production is an integral part of the culture here in Minnesota and we're excited to celebrate this heritage with the fine producers that bring it to you.
