Santoso entered Saturday's game at Michigan 1-for-3 on the year in field goals and had never attempted a field goal on the road. He ended the day a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals, which included a career-long 48-yard field goal in front of more than 100,000 fans. Santoso's first field goal came as time was expiring in the first half and put Minnesota up 10-7, which was a lead it would never relinquish. His 48-yarder stretched the Gophers' lead to 13-7 early in the second half.

Santoso also converted all three of his point-after attempts and was responsible for 12 of Minnesota's 30 points, as the Gophers beat Michigan for the first time since 2005. Santoso also kicked off six times and four of his kickoffs went for touchbacks. He has now kicked off 25 times this year and has recorded 19 touchbacks.
