• The Gophers have won their last two home games, but fell Wednesday night at Penn State.

• Nebraska dropped a 58-41 decision at Michigan on Tuesday, snapping a two-game winning streak.

• Minnesota has dropped six of its seven conference losses by five points or fewer. The Gophers last suffered six losses by that margin in the 1983-84 season.

It is his second-highest career scoring game (41 vs. Memphis) and the highest in B1G play. He followed it up at Nebraska with his second career double-double (21 pts., 11 reb.) and a game-high 28 points against the Illini. Hollins is averaging 24.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in his last four contests (55.9 FG%, 58.8 3FG%). Hollins is the only Gopher with over 1,500 career points and 300 career assists.
