MINNEAPOLS (GopherSports.com) -- The University of Minnesota men's track & field program closes out the 2015 home indoor schedule on Friday, Feb. 20 with the Snowshoe Open at the University of Minnesota Fieldhouse on campus.
Gophers to Honor Senior Class
The University of Minnesota will honor its seven seniors on Friday as they compete in their final home college meet in the 2015 Snowshoe Open. Justin Barber, Jeffrey Cottrell, Blayne Dulian, Mark Jennings, Matthew Jergenson, Logan Markuson and Danny Schiller will be recognized for their contributions to the Gophers during Friday's meet.
2014 Snowshoe Open Rewind
The Maroon & Gold picked up nine titles at last year's Snowshoe Open including Jon Lehman's school record of 22.98 meters to win the weight throw. Full recap and results: Click Here.

200 meters - Brad Neumann (unattached) - 22.02

800 meters - Jeffrey Cottrell - 1:52.65

The Gophers return to action next weekend with the 2015 Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships in Geneva, Ohio.
Minnesota Names Three Captains for 2015
Three seniors will serve as captains for the 2015 campaign -- Justin Barber, Blayne Dulian and Mark Jennings.
Barber and Jennings are two veterans of Minnesota's throwing corps while Dulian, who also served as captain of the cross country team last fall, runs distance for the Gophers.
