Skate With the Gophers on Nov. 14

MINNEAPOLIS - Fans have the opportunity to take the ice with the defending national champion Minnesota women's hockey at the program's annual Skate with the Gophers event set for Saturday, Nov. 14. The event will follow the Gophers' game against Bemidji State at Ridder Arena. Faceoff for the game is at 4:07 p.m.
Registration for Skate with the Gophers is now open, and the event will be capped at 250 individuals. Capacity is expected to be reached, so act quickly to secure your spot.
Participants will be split into groups and will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities around the arena when not on the ice. Besides skating, participants can mingle with their favorite Gopher women's hockey players, enjoy a coloring station, take pictures in a photo booth with Goldy, and much more.
Check-in will occur during and immediately after the game on the Ridder Arena concourse. All questions on the day of the event should be directed to the check-in table. Participants are encouraged to leave their skates in their cars and retrieve them at the conclusion of the game.
