Banham on Third Consecutive B1G Honor Roll

Rachel Banham’s 52 points across two Minnesota wins earned her a third straight Big Ten Player of the Week Honor Roll selection. She also pulled down nine rebounds and went 7-of-7 from the free throw line.
The senior guard compiled her third 30-point game of the season with 32 in a 95-92 win against No. 20 Northwestern on Wednesday. She made six of 10 3-point attempts and had four steals.
Banham scored 18 of her 20 points in the second half to help the Gophers win 84-77 at Wisconsin.
This weekly honor is Banham’s fifth from the conference this season. She was named Big Ten Player of the Week once, and has been named to the Big Ten Player of the Year Honor Roll four times.
