The seventh episode of Sunday Night Overtime with Coach Claeys aired on Facebook Live last night at 7 p.m. This weekly, fast-moving and interactive show will air every Sunday on Facebook at 7 p.m. during the season and replaces the previous weekly coaches television show. Fans do not need a Facebook account to watch the show. If you miss a live episode, you can go back to our Facebook page and watch it or visit GopherSports.com on Monday to watch it.

We went to double overtime with Tracy Claeys after last night's show and asked him some more fan questions that did not make it on during the show. We wil be doing this every week in an effort to answer as many fan questions as possible.

Michael J Ahlibobwa: Coach, loved to see you emphasize the run game yesterday, but would like to see your attack more horizontally. Any chance we'll see some jet sweeps or toss plays added to the playbook?

Coach Claeys: We are going to do each week whatever we think is best for us to move the football that fits the people we have and plays to their strengths. That's how we make those decisions.

Harry Rasmussen: Do you have a recruit at wide receiver that can make an impact?

Coach Claeys: Tyler Johnson is a good player and Rashad Still is getting back into the groove of things and has made some plays. We have some talented kids there, but for us it is going to start with the running game. But we will have times when those receivers are going to have to make plays, and I feel like they can.

Anthony Lee: Can you BAN announcers from using the term "Slash and Bash" when describing Brooks and Smith?

Thad Weber: What do you think of the nicknames slash and bash?

Coach Claeys: I don't have any opinion on it. I am not really a nickname guy.

Shannon Brooks and Rodney Smith don't appear to have any interest in nicknames either. Read about that in this Pioneer Press story.
