Gophers Set to Begin Second Half of Big Ten

Minnesota completed the first half of its Big Ten season last weekend and are 7-3 in league action. The Gophers were 3-0 at home in that span and 4-3 on the road. In the second half of the Big Ten, Minnesota will face six teams currently ranked in the AVCA top 25.
The Gophers start the second half of the Big Ten season this weekend when they host Rutgers Friday (7 p.m.) and No. 10 Penn State Saturday (6:30 p.m.). Minnesota is home for its third-straight match when the Indiana Hoosiers come to town on Wednesday, Nov. 2. The Gophers are on the road for three-straight when they travel to Maryland (Nov. 6), No. 24 Illinois (Nov. 12) and Northwestern (Nov. 13) to close out the regular season road schedule.
The Gophers close out the season with four-straight home matches against ranked opponents. Minnesota hosts No. 15 Michigan State and No. 13 Michigan Nov. 18 and Nov. 20. They close out the regular season Thanksgiving week when No. 1 Nebraska and No. 4 Wisconsin come to town, Nov. 23 and 26.
