Three former University of Minnesota football players were invited to the 2016 NFL Scouting
Combine. Linebacker De'Vondre Campbell and defensive backs Briean Boddy-Calhoun and Eric Murray were extended invitations to attend the annual event which is held in Indianapolis from Feb. 23-29 and broadcast on the NFL Network.

This is the second straight year that Minnesota will have three players at the event, as David Cobb (Tennessee Titans), Maxx Williams (Baltimore Ravens) and Damien Wilson (Dallas Cowboys) were invited in 2015.

He was limited to only two games in 2013 as he suffered a season-ending knee injury in the second game of the season. He finished his career with 113 tackles, which included 89 solo stops. Boddy-Calhoun also snagged 10 career interceptions, which tanks tied for sixth all-time in program history. He returned two interceptions for touchdowns.

The Wilmington, Del., native made 48 tackles in 11 games last season as he was named All-Big Ten Third Team by the media and All-Big Ten Honorable Mention by the coaches. The 5-11, 190-pound corner also added four interceptions, 1.5 tackles-for-loss and eight pass breakups as a senior.
