Annual Auction Benefits Tinsley's Scholarship

The Gary Tinsley Memorial Scholarship Fund has been providing undergraduates in the business marketing education program opportunities for financial assistance since 2012 in honor of former Minnesota Gopher Gary Tinsley.
Tinsley passed on April 6, 2012 from an enlarged heart. Besides being an outstanding football player, Tinsley was known for his work ethic, leadership and his infectious smile. His impact on the program and the school lives on today.
The third annual Minnesota Ultimate Auction is now live with one hundred percent of the proceeds going to the Gary Tinsley Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Center for Sales Leadership and education at the University of Minnesota.
This year's auction features 77 items and is scheduled to end on Sept. 8. Fans wishing to bid on items may visit https://www.32auctions.com/mnultimateauction2016.
Items up for bid include autographed memorabilia, merchandise, gift cards, cookies, tickets to sporting events and rounds of golf. There are also items such as premium seats to watch Gopher football, a pass to attend a closed football practice and have dinner with the team after and a package deal that allows two people to be University of Minnesota Honorary Coaches for a game.
