Annual Golf Outing Set for July 24

MINNEAPOLIS - Registration is now open for the 2017 Golf Outing hosted by Gopher Women's Hockey and Gopher Men's Golf. The event will take place at North Oaks Golf Club on Monday, July 24.
This year marks the fifth annual Golf Outing, which stems from the friendship between the coaching staffs of each program. Brings these two Gopher programs together creates an even more special day for everyone involved.
As in previous years, men's golf head coach John Carlson and women's hockey head coach Brad Frost along with student-athletes from both teams will be in attendance to meet all participants. This year, the Golf Outing will be held at North Oaks Golf Club. The event begins with lunch at 11 a.m. CT and a shotgun start for golf at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, July 24.
After a beautiful, mid-summer round, dinner will be served in the clubhouse and the programs will hold both a live and silent auction filled with extraordinary items ranging from top-tier golf gear to once-in-a-lifetime getaways.
Participants may register to play golf and/or attend the dinner and auctions. Sponsorship options are also available.
Registration is available online at goldengopherfund.com (under the "Events" tab) or by filling out and mailing the printable registration form linked above. If signing up via mail, please return to the following address with a check payable to "University of Minnesota." Participants may also call or email Coach Justin Smith to pay using credit card or confirm registration to pay on the day of the event.
