Pittman Is Killin' It for a Cure

10/4/2018 1:03:00 PM | Volleyball

Red-shirt sophomore Regan Pittman was doing more than just helping her team win the next point or the next match during the month of September. The middle blocker decided to raise awareness and fund towards pediatric cancer during the month of September. Setting the goal at $1,000, Pittman took it upon herself to donate $1 for every kill she got during the month of September. She encouraged fans to donate $1 towards every kill the team got during the same time span. By mid September, Pittman had already reached her goal and surpassed that amount. All proceeds went to the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital.
