MINNEAPOLIS - Minnesota men's swimming had an exciting opening preliminary swims. Junior Bowen Becker ended the morning session on a climax swimming the 50 free in a school record and meet record time of 19.91. On top of tonight's finals the Gophers will swim in the 400 medley relay.
