Gophers Cap Volleyball Season Tickets

University of Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletics is excited to announce that it has capped the Gopher volleyball season ticket base for the 2019 season and will begin a wait list for fans.
Season tickets have been capped in order to provide the opportunity for mini plans and single-match purchases for the 2019 season. Mini plans will be available in June. Single, non-premium matches go on sale in July, followed by premium matches in August, while tickets last.
Additional season tickets may become available for purchase after the upgrade process in late May. Should seats become available, individuals on the wait list will be contacted in order of their Gopher Score Rank. Once the season ticket inventory has been exhausted for the 2019 season, those on the wait list will be rolled over to the 2020 season.
"Having our 2019 season tickets sell out already is amazing," head coach Hugh McCutcheon said. "We are very fortunate to have such loyal fans and we certainly appreciate all that they do to make Maturi Pavilion one of the best venues in college volleyball."
Minnesota finished the year ranked fourth nationally in average attendance. Playing its home matches in the 5,500 capacity Maturi Pavilion, Minnesota averaged 5,318 fans throughout the season and sold out 10 regular season matches. The Gophers have also held a 61-3 record the past four years and 100-10 home record under head coach Hugh McCutcheon.
