Quotable:
"I thought we did a good job of battling in singles today winning all of our first round matches and then came up just short in a few of our second round matches," said head coach Catrina Thompson. "Tiffany was the highlight of the day in singles beating a seed in straight sets and going 3-0 on the day. We had a couple of doubles teams that stepped up as well and played solid this morning and we are looking forward to seeing them compete again tomorrow."
"I was really excited because the level of competition is the highest we have seen all year," said senior Tiffany Huber. "I got down early in my first match and was able to fight back and win. In my second match, I played well. It is always rewarding to to be able to beat a seeded opponent. The conditions were very windy and challenging, but I took advantage of the conditions to win the match."
