George Mason Game Cancelled Due to Rain

The No. 21/23 University of Minnesota Gophers finish opening weekend 2-1 after having Sunday's game against George Mason canceled due to rain.
The Gophers picked up a pair of shutout victories on Friday over North Florida (13-0) and Central Florida (7-0). They fell 3-1 to Ole Miss on Saturday.
The Maroon and Gold are back in Florida next weekend when they head down to Clearwater for one of the biggest nonconference tournaments across the nation in 2019. Minnesota will take on No. 8/8 Tennessee, Notre Dame, No. 1/3 Florida State and California at the St. Pete Clearwater Elite Invitational. The Tennessee, Florida State and California matchups will all be on ESPN3.
