MINNEAPOLIS -- The Golden Gopher women's hockey team and head coach Brad Frost thank the program's season ticket holders for their ongoing support and loyalty to the Maroon & Gold. Join us in celebrating the best fans in college hockey, this week featuring Amy Omodt.

Favorite current Gopher: Emily Brown
Favorite game:Â The 2015 Frozen Four championship game. Every year these women play so hard and are so skilled, and all their hard work as well as Frosty's coaching was achieved.Â
Favorite Gopher memory:Â I have been a hockey fan since I was very young, and I was so excited about the opening of the Ridder Arena. My Dad and I attended the very first opening. It was so exciting, and to see Kathleen Ridder cutting the ribbon was awesome. My spouse and I are season ticket holders now. Before that, we would go to all of the home games and do road games when possible (Duluth, Mankato, St. Cloud). I love Gopher sports, especially the women -- their dedication, skill, and academic smarts are all amazing -- and they have coaches that care so much, like Laura Halldorson, Brad Frost, and all the assistants.
