CSCAA Awards Minnesota Scholar All-America Honors

MINNEAPOLIS - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) named their Scholar All-America Teams for the Fall 2020 semester on Tuesday, with both the Minnesota men's and women's programs receiving the honor once again.
To qualify for the award, programs must produce a collective team grade point average above 3.0 for the Fall 2020 semester, which both Gopher programs did comfortably. The women's side (3.62) slightly edged out the men's (3.60) this semester, though both improved significantly from the Fall 2019 semester (M - 3.29, W - 3.49).

The Gophers kick off their 2020-21 season this weekend when they take on Wisconsin and Purdue in a Big Ten Conference tri-dual. The meet is set to begin at 1 p.m. CT on Saturday, Jan. 23.
