Gopher Equipment Sale Returns May 21-22

Fans can now register for May 21-22 public equipment sale

It's back! 

After a brief hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Gopher Athletics is bringing back the popular Gopher Equipment Sale. The sale, which typically happens every other year, features new and gently used gear and discounted prices. All proceeds from the public sale help the athletics department support Gopher student-athletes.

This year's sale will include Covid-19 policies – including registering for the event, mandatory face coverings, limited capacity and one-hour time slots – and will be held Friday, May 21 and Saturday, May 22.  

Fans are able to register online and will then receive an email with a downloadable ticket. Fans will enter at the east entrance of Williams Arena (Oak Street side) where they will have their tickets scanned upon arrival and then they will proceed to Maturi Pavilion for the sale. Fans are asked to only arrive for their designated time period and then they will have one hour to complete their purchases. Only those who have pre-registered for the event will be allowed into the sale.  

A wide array of items will be available, but some traditionally favorite items include:

• Apparel
• Shoes
• Bags
• Equipment
• Jerseys

The only form of payment that will be accepted is debit and credit cards. Cash and checks will not be accepted. All sales are final and there will not be any refunds or exchanges.
