Gophers Road Game at California Moved from 2029 to 2025

Minnesota will now play at Cal on Sept. 13, 2025
The University of Minnesota announced today that its previously scheduled road game at California has moved from Sept. 1, 2029, to Sept. 13, 2025. The Gophers will still host Cal at Huntington Bank Stadium on Sept. 16, 2028.
As a result of this schedule change, Minnesota will no longer play at BYU on Sept. 20, 2025. The Gophers were scheduled to host BYU in 2020, but that game was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Minnesota and BYU do not have any future games scheduled.
