Gopher Men's Basketball Begins Summer Workouts

The 2023-24 Golden Gopher men's basketball team gathered together for the first time of the new season on Monday to begin summer training workouts. Each year, basketball has eight weeks of summer camp prior to the start of the 2023-24 official campaign.
The Gophers welcomed five new faces during move in day on June 3, while the full team held their first summer workout and practice on Monday, June 12. Joining the Gopher program this season is graduate senior Jack Wilson, juniors Mike Mitchell Jr. and Elijah Hawkins and freshmen Cam Christie and Erick Reader. Along with the five newcomers, the Gophers return Kadyn Betts, Braeden Carrington, Parker Fox, Dawson Garcia, Isaiah Ihnen, Joshua Ola-Joseph, Pharrel Payne, Jackson Purcell and Will Ramberg.
